I am an experienced, creative, self-motivated specialist in different areas of sales with overall 15 years of
experience in online and offline sales. I’m employed and being a successful goal achiever for more than 11
years by one of the biggest international companies (producer of all
types of flooring).
I am a fast learner. I am an initiative person. I know how to communicate with people and I like to do it. I
like challenges. I am also good at marketing, naming, branding, forwarding of products.
Currently working for the world’s second-biggest producer of floor coverings (B.I.G., Belgium) with
production sites all over the world. Started my career in customer service and grown to sales director in 3
years.
I am responsible for the entire company business in Belarus and partly Ukraine. I have built up all
distribution channels from scratch and achieved growth of the market share from 11% in 2012 to 44% in
2020.

in Belgium. I am a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for business in Belarus and Ukraine.
• Plan, direct and evaluate marketing strategies that develop advertising campaigns to promote the
sales of products and services.
• Establish distribution networks for products and services, initiate market research studies and analyze
their findings, assist in product development, and direct and evaluate the marketing strategies of
establishments.
• Plan direct and evaluate the activities of salespersons who work “in fields”.
• Organize regional and divisional sales operations.
• Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales.
• Determine strategic planning related to new product lines.
