Canadian 3PL company TRANS-PRO LOGISTICS), moved to the main office in Montreal and obtained
Senior Operations position in February 2023. As a part of the team, engaged in building and
maintaining long-lasting relationships with the customers, carriers and the company, booked loads
and coordinated delivery process with the clients, carriers and team, checked the paperwork,
engaged with the customs clearance agents, researched best market rates, performed data entry.

June – December 2018 - Call Center Operator in food delivery service TOMATINA in Lviv. Full day
customer support, receiving and placing orders via phone, email and special apps, maintaining
statistics, processing and entering information about clients into the database. Building relationships
and advertising products. Frequently coordinated the work of couriers. Worked in the Iiko program.

Summer job 2019 - Sales Consultant in ZARA Ukraine (INDITEX). Mostly took care of the kid’s section
of the store, maintained order, engaged with the customers in a friendly and professional manner,
providing assistance with product selection, participated in the acceptance of goods and inventory
revaluation, helped decorate shop windows.
