My name is Nina Panasenko and I decided to change my occupation.
Now I’m Junior IT recruiter. I completed IT recruiting course completed IT recruiting course and I learned:
* Run an end-to-end recruitment process, providing a positive experience for both the hiring manager and the candidates;
* Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
* Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives;
* Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job sites;
* Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media;
* Screen candidates resumes and job applications;
* Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
* Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes;
* Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports;
* Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

I am a punctual and motivated individual who is able to work in a busy environment and produce high standards of work. I am an excellent team worker and am able to take instructions from all levels and build up good working relationships with all colleagues.
