Responsibilities:
- Investment responsible for Cherkasy plant;
- accountable for accurate annual and monthly investment budget planning and forecast for plant by customer and project;
- investment budget definition for new projects and engineering changes according to each project’s equipment needs and timings including investment prioritization;
- investment requests and non-product appropriation preparation including business cases if required;
- project monitoring: bookings follow up, periodical reporting for investment related expenditures, CAPEX and OPEX, project closing, following the legal requirements and internal procedures based on policies;
- investment budget management by project, customer, incl. coordination activities between internal departments (project managers, purchasing, maintenance, finance, internal control, outsourcing companies);
- provide the necessary project metrics and monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis of actual VS budgeted investment performance in items of cost, quality, timing and forecast compliance;
- purchasing related activities – purchase requests revive and approval, participation in sourcing activities, purchase orders and deliveries control and follow up, benchmark and analysis activities;
- business transfer activities;
- support for internal financial reports – results and improvements proposal to be presented to local and European management;
- asset management – asset purchase and use optimization;
- identification of risk areas and providing solutions incl. contingency plans in anticipation of potential problems;
- identification of cost reduction opportunities, presentation, selection and implementation of the most valuable ideas.
