I worked for a customer service firm (Govital). This is a company that is B2B and B2C related. I retained a lot of clients, used my communicative skills to effectively communicate with clients even under pressure, handled different cases of complaints and finally gave the necessary and effective solutions.
My ability to remain calm under pressure helped me to achieve very impressive results. I also excel with the use of different CSR tools. I was also quick to pick up IT skills like detecting bugs with HTML, and Java. I properly escalated and designated tickets.
Working as a Remote online English tutor (currently since 2017)

I worked for a startup dispatch company for three months before I stopped for personal reasons.
