Responsibilities:
• Work with current and planned changes in working documentation. Preparation of information for other departments on the received changes. Control of their implementation in production.
• Develop and update work instructions and ensure their availability in production.
• Calculate the time to manufacture products and make changes if necessary.
• Develop a production concept and monitor compliance with the sequence of all work processes.
• Creation of winding schemes and their constant updating if necessary.
• Responsible for workplace optimization and ergonomics, workflow duration and workload.
• Measure the time of production processes; carry out start-stop and multi-moments in production.
• Calculate equipment and its load.
• Calculate the number of direct workers at the production (work area).

• Definition of production concept.
• Design for Manufacturing - implementation of Lessons learned projects together with PL and the project team at the end of the project.
• Organization and holding of workshops – SLW, KFB workshop, EPT, packaging etc.
• Bottleneck analysis for all production areas, optimization measures implementation, effectiveness verification.
• Coordination of project layout with plant and project team.
• Report production KPI.
• Ramp-up planning - run-up planning project, coordination and validation in detail with TPM, integration into plant planning.
• Emergency concept creation for system failure.
• Requirements analysis / specifications.
• Change management - organization and process of change management coordinated with all affected departments and plants - Customer requirements for CM coordination.
