Key results: defined strategic priorities in the portfolio for each category; launched the new offer in portfolio to cover the new consumer segment; upgraded and improved packaging; upgraded the designs and products of key brands; developed and approved the completely new line of products for the launch in 2015 on Europe market; completed the brand team. Projects to sustain the profitability were implemented.

Close co-operation with sales, trade marketing and production ensured total categories growth by 20% vs 2012.
•Sales growth in 2015 of hard candies by 41%, of toffees by 354% and of jellies by 36% vs 2012 (all countries)
•Share of my product launches is 40% in the within portfolio of categories
-Стакан молока grew by 24%, CoffeeLike by 113%, Солнечный Жук by 5% and Choconilla by 85% (all countries)
•Sales of sharing sweets to European countries increased by 5 times
•In Ukraine Roshen is leader in sharing sweet category and continues growing:
-Sweets 23% MSh in 2016 (vs 21% in 2015)
-Hard candies 59% MSh in 2016 (vs 56% in 2015)
