👋About me
Hi, I’m Yevhenii, 29 years old, and I’m a Project Manager & PM Mentor with 2+ years
of experience in digital marketing and 4 years of legal/compliance experience. I
manage SEO, PPC, Email, and Analytics projects, ensuring structured delivery,
cross-team coordination, and consistent performance control at every stage. Over the
past years, I’ve successfully led up to 13 projects at the same time, making sure
deadlines are met and workflows stay efficient.

As a mentor, I support project managers in developing structured workflows, strategic
thinking, and effective stakeholder communication, providing performance feedback
and analyzing real project challenges. I also bring practical legal experience in contract
management and risk mitigation, strengthening project stability and decision-making.

Beyond my main activity, I collaborate with external teams and startups as
a consultant, helping structure processes, build development roadmaps,
