OBJECTIVES: Management of dealers development and after-sales (or B2B sales) of a representative office
(importer, dealer) of manufacturers of trucks, passenger cars, municipal, airport, and agricultural
equipment, the development department of the importer's dealer network, service and commercial training
activities.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Highlights: Management (including compliance functions) of the after-sales and dealers development departments for importers of trucks and
cars. Organization (start-up), development, and support of truck and car dealer networks (workshops). Car workshop management. Technical

EMPLOYMENT:
10 / 2018- to the present time AGRICULTURAL, SPECIAL MACHINERY, and PRECISION FARMING DEVICES:

equipment dealer).
- I have engaged in IT self-education: PYTHON, CRM, Testing, SEO online, and video courses.
Tasks and functions: Startup and follow-up of a dealer’s net and a distributor of special equipment, development of agriculture machinery
sales dealers net (including machinery sales).
Achievements and responsibilities:
-Increasing dealers' sales volume of agriculture machinery in total sales of the manufactory EGRITECH;
-Onboarding in agriculture machinery.
04/2001 - 08/2018 TRUCKS:
- Head of the after-sales department (service, spare parts, and the development department of the dealer network) MAN TRUCK and BUS
UKRAINE (importer of MTB AG), before that - the technical director of the private importer MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG.
- Head of Service Department, Scania Ukraine (importer of Scania CV AB).
Achievements and responsibilities:
- Creation, and launch of MAN dealer network in Ukraine (7 dealers), organization of work SCANIA partner’s net;
- Implementation of dealer’s standards and audit of dealers net (7 dealers); coordination of training and technical support;
- Regularly increasing of part’s sales volume by the importer. Management of the importer's warehouse of the spare parts (turnover,
availability, etc.)
Before 04/2001 PASSENGER CARS and HARDWARE & SOFTWARE (IT) DEVELOPMENT :
- Head of the department of development of the dealer network and service center of the importer of BMW, Land Rover in Ukraine.
- Manager for training, guarantee, and development of the dealer network of the importer of BMW, Land Rover, and Rover in Ukraine).
- Head of the BMW dealer service center.
- Design Engineer I, II, III Scientific Research Institute of Aviation Equipment.
Achievements and responsibilities:
- Creation, control, and management of a network of BMW and Land Rover dealers in Ukraine. Creation and start-up of a service center for a
BMW importer in Ukraine. Launching and managing the BMW and Land Rover warranty process. BMW dealer service personnel training.
- Organization, launch, and management of the BMW service center.
- Launching, organization of work, and training of personnel of the BOSCH SERVICE center (service of electronic systems of cars).
EDUCATION:
- Master and postgraduate studies at the Department of Computers in the specialty "Computing Systems and Networks" (Testing and
Reliability), FIVT, NTUU "KPI", Kyiv, Ukraine. Honors diploma.
- The first state Kyiv courses in foreign languages (English) and Goethe Institute (Grund Stufe)(the basic level of the German language).
