To provide support for the Analytical Project Manager functions if needs.
To contact with the Investigators.
To supervise Clinical Research Assistant and coordinate their work scheduled.

Maintain stock and inventory in organized system as predefined.
To perform lab supply inventory per procedures.
To assist the Project Manager in the coordination of supplies for each clinical study.
To prepare the Laboratory Manual for the project.
To approve the laboratory results report (formal and essential approval).
To solve data inconsistencies with investigator.
To coordinate all logistical aspects of the project.
Arranging transport of specimens related to clinical trials.
Arranging transport of frozen shippers and specimens.
To ensure kits quality control.

Position: Clinical Research Assistant
Responsibilities:
Complex laboratory support for clinical trials projects:
• Administrative management: Planning, conducting and documenting of project-related activities,
development of Clinical trial related documentation: trial specific Analytical plan, Laboratory Manual, Laboratory tests schemes, Laboratory materials forms, Assays Reference ranges, Harmonization etc.
• Laboratory management:
Laboratory samples receipt in the laboratory, registration in LIS;
Freezing, storage, tracking, inventory of lab. samples;
Biosamples and documentation quality control;
Coordination of laboratories in different cities/countries in the frame of one project,
Laboratory reports validation,
Interaction with Investigating sites on various issues.
Samples preparation for dispatch to various countries
Work with delivery companies: DHL, FedEx
Preparation of laboratory equipment for laboratory analyses
Keeping different trackers and registers.
• Technical management: Technical support for projects generation in laboratory informational systems, databases, data entering
• implementation of GCP and GCLP requirements for all CT participants.
