Introduction
I am a recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in biology, specialising in cytology and
histology from Ukraine. My main interests are genetics, cytology and the general biology of
human diseases, yet I’m ready to work in any other field of research in human or animal cell
biology. My current practical experience includes the use of classic cytological methods and
a certain amount of molecular ones. In spite of being mostly interested in employment in
science, I’m open to other suggestions and might take them into account.

Preparation of probes for gas chromatography-mass spectrography. Cotinine detection in
human urine samples. Research of nicotine consumption and tobacco smoking effect on
preeclampsia reduction.

Institute of Microbiology and Virology named after D.K. Zabolotnyi of the National Academy
of Sciences of Ukraine
Study of the effect of Lactobacillus acidophilus IMV B-7279 on the histological structure of
the vagina and spleen in vaginitis. The research included modeling bacterial vaginitis in
mice, studying the histological structure of the vaginal wall and spleen in intact mice and
mice with vaginitis, as well as assessing the effect of the studied strain on the qualitative and
quantitative composition of the vaginal microbiota and the histological structure of the
vaginal wall and spleen in vaginitis. The work included both traditional histological methods
(microscopy of paraffin sections stained with haematoxylin and eosin) and the study of the
composition of the microbiota by inoculation on selective media.
