Becoming a Business Assurance manager is a new and unique opportunity that requires me to be in charge of a department that has access to all inner company reports. Role includes analyzing to determine routines and repetitive mistakes of all departments and create a strategy to repair where there are issues.
• Hold meetings with the directors responsible for the department in question and come up with the solution to improve the work of their department.
• Chosen for this role out of 11 team leaders/managers who were eligible.

Safety Department Team Lead (Full Truck Load Mexico Division, Monterrey, N.L. branch Expedite Division USA side, CDMX branch), July 2020 – February 16th 2023
Joined operations team to see what the company was dealing with on a day to day basis to determine what
to focus on.
• Hired and trained the entire team which grew to as many as 10 members on 2 teams: Full Truck Load Safety in Monterrey and Expedite Team in CDMX.
• Check driver’s paperwork to be up to date.
• Work with insurance companies on claims.
• Conduct investigations and provide a resolution to disputable situations between analyzed situations that led to a charge or loss of a client and develop a prevention algorithm.
• Held meetings with the heads of other departments involved to make sure the new algorithm is followed.
• Work with customers to minimize or dismiss charges.
• Involved on every load that went south where the customer was not happy with the service provided. Determined the problem, acknowledge the customer’s view of the situation, and provided and implemented a solution to suit the company and client.
• Fully support customer until the load is delivered.
• Re-established business with the customers that stopped working with us due to previous service failure.
• Work with customers to prevent or take down carrier 411 reports.
On this position I was able to build a strong reliable teams and bring their KPI to 83-90% within 3 month of time, since the KPI evaluation system was implemented. I also participated in creation such evaluation and bonus system for FTL team in Mexico.

Safety Representative to our Reefer Department that was newly opened. Chosen from 120 candidates.
• Monitored and supervised all reefer loads including temperature log records.
• Instructed our drivers on how to use the equipment properly.
• Developed algorithms to minimize claims related to temperature controlled loads.
