A young lawyer with 1 year of experience in Media Law, Copyright, Trademark, Reputation and Data Protection
Law. Also, I have some skills in organisation and communication. Currently, I am searching for a job or projects in
the Media sphere in Kyiv/Lviv or online. I am a responsible, decisive and result-oriented person who knows how to
manage time and is not afraid to question or point out mistakes.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Legal Counsel at ARTDOCK LLC (Kyiv, 2021 - 2022)
Drafting Takedown Notices regarding the elimination of copyright infringements on different social
platforms (websites, Facebook, Instagram, Independent Media);
Correspondence with infringers, hosting providers, domain name registrars;
Dealing with GDPR-related issues;
Drafting legal documents for the websites (Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookies) and NDAs
Protection of the client's reputation

Legal Counsel at BAZURO LLC Start-Up (Kyiv, 2022)
Automatisation of drafting and sending Takedown Notices along with the analytics team;
Correspondence with all participants and joint creative thinking process;

As a recent Master's degree graduate in IT law, I have a good understanding of fresh tendencies
of document formation as well as relevant and quality experience in the Media sphere.
Although my duties lasted only one year, I had successfully combined my two jobs and
managed my university schedule.

ARTDOCK LLC

My previous work experience in ARTDOCK LLC gave me a profound understanding of how
works the system of copyright and trademark. My top obligation was to protect the clients
reputations using the majority of legal instruments on the team consideration. We had to use
all our creativity to complete the tasks. Thus, our main instrument was GDPR (Digital
Millennium Copyright Act) used to eliminate copyright infringements on the websites,
YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.

Then our legal and analytics teams decided to launch the Bazuro Start-Up within the ARTDOCK
structure about protection the author’s right on the Internet. We were using automatisation
process of gathering links with copyright infringements and common designed templates of
Takedown Notices. But, unfortunately, when the war happened, our workplace fell apart and
we could not be funded anymore.

AXON PARTNERS

As an intern at Axon Partners law firm, I had experience working in a great community and
non-profitable projects like legal assistance for the Odessa film festival and Takflix online
cinema. My obligations were the formation of Takedown Notices, Terms of Use and Memoranda
of Cooperation.

VOLUNTEERING

On February 24th in Lisbon, our team of volunteers organised a Solidarity Dinner with
traditional Ukrainian meals and gathered 3200 EUR for a hospital in Kyiv. Also, we organised a
demonstration in Lisbon called "Dity" named after the ruined theatre in Mariupol.

FICUSLIDA

In my spare time, I enjoy leading an Instagram account of Ficus Lida (@ficuslida) about
traveling, plants and music.
