working experience; 4 years of a great teaching experience, I have helped in developing a student oral and written communication skill, in terms of speeches (including adults), classes are mostly interactive in order to aid more confidence while talking or having an interaction with each other, as a teacher I tend to be more friendly with my students and more communicative with them.

Goal. encourage communication, The ultimate goal as a teacher is for my students to speak, understand and communicate in English with other English speakers. I try to encourage this in the classroom by creating an open and engaging atmosphere, so my students feel comfortable enough to talk to their other classmates.
Being very friendly and nice to my students is one of the very important things I tend to do. making them understand that it is ok to make mistakes and also encourage them in whatever.
