- Lead a dedicated Admin Panel direction: from architecture to final screens — managing bookstores, content, and user profiles
- Design the mobile adaptation of the product: focusing on real reader scenarios on the go, rather than simply scaling down the desktop version
- Maintain and expand the design system: 70% of pages are built with components — defining where reusable components are needed and ensuring consistency across the product
- Conducted a series of user surveys → identified key pain points → developed UX proposals that were added to the product backlog
- Implement animations and microinteractions in Figma and LottieFiles to increase engagement without sacrificing performance

- Designed the full flow of key screens: Camera, Paywall, Access, Settings, and modal windows — from wireframes to developer handoff;
- Applied Hick's Law to simplify the entry point: removed mandatory onboarding and registration so users could access the scanner immediately;
