Job description

Required skills:

  • Experienced information developer, with a proven track record of writing for global audiences
  • Proven 2+ work experience in technical or scientific writing and editing
  • Good understanding of the documentation and user assistance production cycle
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of industry standard tools and technologies, with the ability to learn and adapt, for example: technical writing tools, content management systems, vector graphics tools, multimedia authoring tools, version control systems

Nice to have:

  • Upper Intermediate English
  • Experience with video instructions and guide production

  • Writing user guides, tutorials, FAQs, release notes, API documentation and other product/projects related documents
  • Structuring and organizing information in a manner appropriate to the method of delivery
  • Collaborating with product development teams to obtain source information from personal investigation, internal project documentation and interviews with domain authorities
  • Conducting documentation reviews and incorporating feedback into content
  • Ensuring content meets the requirements of end users
  • Tracking and reporting on the progress of the technical content lifecycle
  • Ensuring that content maximizes comprehension and ease of use without the loss of precision and technical accuracy
  • Create video instructions and guides
