As we expand our software business, we’re looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist (Appointment Setter) who will identify potential customers, start conversations with decision-makers, and schedule qualified product demos for our Sales Team. Here’s what makes you a great fit:

  • Appointment Setting / SDR Experience: Previous experience as an Appointment Setter, SDR, or Lead Generation Specialist.
  • Lead Generation Skills: Confident sourcing prospects through LinkedIn, Google, email, and other channels.
  • Outbound Communication: Comfortable reaching out via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other outreach methods.
  • Lead Qualification: Able to identify qualified prospects and schedule valuable meetings.
  • English Proficiency: Strong written and spoken English (minimum B2) for communicating with potential clients.
  • CRM Experience: Comfortable working with CRM systems and keeping records accurate and up to date.
  • Self-Motivation: Able to work independently, stay organized, and consistently achieve KPIs.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Research and identify home service businesses that could benefit from our SaaS platform.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.
  • Engage business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs.
  • Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria.
  • Schedule product demos and sales meetings for the Sales Team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently achieve outreach and appointment-setting KPIs.
