Remote Tracking Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor freight shipments from pickup through delivery.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal team members regarding shipment status.
• Track load progress and proactively identify potential delays.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and operational reports.
• Ensure timely updates and excellent customer service.
• Work with transportation management systems (TMS), GPS tracking platforms, and other logistics software.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in transportation, logistics, customer service, or a related field (students may also be considered).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Above Average English is highly preferred
• Confident computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office.
• Available to work full-time remotely.
