Finance manager

The role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our Accounting and Payment team. You will own the day-to-day money flows on the player side, including withdrawals, payments, subscriptions and KYC verification. You will also handle invoicing with partners and suppliers. It suits someone who is accurate, organised and comfortable in a regulated, fast-moving environment.

What you’ll do

• Process and approve player withdrawals, checking them against internal limits, AML flags and the payment method rules
• Monitor incoming payments and resolve failed or pending transactions, chargebacks and refunds with payment providers
• Manage subscriptions: renewals, cancellations, billing issues and reconciliation
• Run KYC verification: review player documents (ID, proof of address, source of funds), approve or escalate, and keep records audit-ready
• Prepare, issue and track invoices to B2B partners, and follow up on overdue payments
• Check and process incoming supplier invoices
• Reconcile payment provider, bank and back-office data in Excel, and flag discrepancies
• Prepare regular reports on payments, withdrawals and KYC status
• Work with Support, Risk/Compliance and Payments teams on player cases
• Suggest improvements that make our processes faster and less error-prone

What you’ll bring

• Solid background in banking or accounting 5+ years
• Hands-on experience processing payments (bank transfers, cards, e-wallets or similar)
• Strong Excel skills: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters and reconciliations
• Understanding of KYC/AML principles, or a clear ability to learn them quickly
• Experience with invoicing and accounts receivable/payable
• English at B1-B2 level (confident written communication and working calls)
• High attention to detail, discretion with sensitive data, and a reliable, structured way of working

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, fintech, payments or e-commerce
• Familiarity with payment service providers (PSPs) and back-office/CRM platforms
