Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who does not need detailed instructions for every action.

We value people who can receive a task, understand what is required, independently research the issue, contact the relevant people and take responsibility for bringing the task through to completion.

A structured approach to work is important:

What was required → What was found → What has been done → What remains outstanding → What decision or input is required from the manager.

We particularly value people who do not simply report a problem, but actively try to identify and propose possible solutions.
