From Chaos to an Autonomous System. How HR Makes and Saves Money for the Business.

I don't do "motivation for the sake of motivation" or build castles in the air. My job is to create rigid, digitized HR systems that drive the owner's financial results. In HR management since 2007. Since 2019 - exclusively in HR Director roles.

My specific focus is highly dynamic markets: IT (Product/Outsource), GameDev, and iGaming. Where the speed of change breaks standard processes, I implement architecture that withstands scaling. My practice is backed by relevant market frameworks (Laba HRD Course Alumni).
