Production IT company. The main product is the mobile platform, which allows to hold the tender of the Internet advertizingin the online mode. The company is on the market since 2011 (the main markets - the USA, Canada, Israel, India). There are three offices in Ukraine (Kiev, Nikolaev, Odessa)and the headquaters - in New York. The company has grown from a startup, and prior to the beginning of 2018, worked at manual control. Due to active growth the decision was taken to put right the main processes and to build new ones.

1. The main business processes which have been developed \ improved and implemented within HR (Visio was used for visualization):
• Recruitment
• Onboarding
• Revision of salary (performance appraisal)
• Dismissal
2. The HRpoliciesare developed according to the strategies of the company
3. The flexible concept of recruiting is developed (changes depending on a condition of labor market).
4. Process of registration of the employee (The contracts FOP and NDA were developed on the basis of the business requirements of the company).
5. The system of increase in loyalty of employees to the company is developed (on the basis of the questionnaire of identification of loyalty and index of staff turnover).
6. The questionnaire is developed for collecting and data classification obtained from employees who made the decision to leave the company (Exit interview form).
7. Carrying out regular remuneration market monitorings
8. Division of responsibilities and oversight the work of HR department (3 people)
9. Holding team building events (team buildings), office parties.
10. Drawing up the monthly reporting.

in January, 2017 the company was separated out the structure of (Product Software compuny). It is engaged in development and deployment of CRM systems of the large enterprise level. At the moment of separation from the parent company, company had 130 employees and their number was being sharply reduced (the index of staff turnover made 18.3%). The main recruiting steps for overcoming shortage of staff:
1. Recruiting strategy is developed
2. BP of stages of handling interviews is developed (it has allowed to nake decisions on the status of candidates as fast as possible)
3. The "school of development" project (+14 developers in 2 months)
4. The "Testing Department" project - the department (the 10 people + 1 Team Lead) is created from scratch within a month.
By the end of 2017 the number of the staff in the company was 250 people.

• Management and training (once a month) of recruiters team (3 persons)
• Development of a template of carrying out the candidates screening (CV \ phone \ interview)
