Core Skills and Competencies.

They are mainly practical and come from my Communication and Interaction with English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients, natives, and from day-to-day foreign language teaching to Ukrainian/Russian speakers, and with creating supportive environments for them.

The set of skills also varies from regular translation of personal correspondence and inbound/outbound phone calls to various texts for chemical equipment catalogues or documentary films about crime and grime, and about wellness techniques.

I have obtained higher education under such specialties as: English teacher, Foreign Literature teacher, Well-Being Specialist.

Working as a Call Manager for New York Cleaning Company, a Patient Care Coordinator for Mega Aid Pharmacy, and as a Front Desk Assistant with Foot and Ankle Clinics of Seattle, Kent, etc., I enhanced my vocal characteristics. I have a list of practices that helps me make it deeper and more trustworthy which is important in a multitasking and dynamic environment.

I have worked as a teacher, as a volunteer, as a client support representative, and as a translator.

Refugee Coordinator at L’viv Railway Station, other projects (Volunteer).

During the initial stage of the full-scale invasion, it seemed almost impossible not to be overwhelmed with the influx of internally displaced people. Sorting out their problems and needs was top priority: looking for lodgings, shelter, temporary relief or immediate abroad transportation.
It was necessary to coordinate aid and relief projects from the international partners. English-speaking volunteers were of high demand.
I developed there my multitasking competencies, flexible thinking, translation/oral translation skills, and also lots of endurance.

January 2022 – January 2024.

Freelancehunt Translator and Project Copywriter.

Freelance Translation Projects, mostly documentaries related to crimes in the USA, criminal minds psychology, and well-being practices.
I completed more than 30 successful projects (8 on the site, 24 - off the site – with my frequent customers). Translated: from RU to ENG; ENG to RU/UKR; ENG to ESP (twice).

Receiving phone calls, working with clients on their requests and needs. Order pricing (instant quoting), multitasking, versatility, and personal approach were required.
Professional client support, training and enhancing of soft skills, along with politeness and friendliness in order to be able to hold a client on the line as long as you search for any necessary information to raise their interest by responding to any question whatsoever – those skills came as very useful in the future.
