Опис вакансії

The international Polish company with the representative office in Ukraine is looking for the Office Manager/Translator to participate in the construction project financed by the World Bank. The project is aimed to: reconstruct the water treatment facility; reconstruct wastewater treatment facility; reconstruct water and wastewater pump stations and introduce an automated system with frequency control at the city’s main sewage pumping station. We are looking for an Office Manager/Translator to join the team and be the face of our office in Kropyvnytskyi town to support with daily office and administration. This vital position will interact with all levels of the organization and play a key role in project implementation. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, service-oriented individual looking to join a fast paced international company.


• Interpretation and translation services (English-Russian/Ukrainian-English): translation of documents, reports, time sheets, MoMs, other project documents; interpretation during meetings, field and construction site visits. Please note that you should be ready to translate BOTH in the office and outside on the construction site.

• Providing the combined office administrative services (office manager services), such as:

• comprehensive daily office administrative services; monitor and order office supplies

• processing of correspondence;

• support in preparation of the letters, documents, etc.

• record keeping, archiving;

• preparation of MoMs;

• coordination and communication with Experts and Consultants;

• support in preparation of Time Sheets and reports

• post services;

• Providing photocopying services, preparation of documentation and other supporting office activities, including:

• preparation of documents

• editing and verification of documents

• text layout and electronic word processing

• secretarial support services

• writing letters and summaries

• postal and courier services

• copying

• other documents and photocopying services

• Own the responsibility for the entire office environment (e.g. office arrangement,)

• Provide proactive support to management in office management related tasks


• Minimum 2+ years experience in office management/translation or similar position (e.g. assistant)

• Fluent in English, Russian and Ukrainian

• Bachelor (or higher) Degree preferred

• Possess strong work ethic; reliable, self-motivated with a desire to take initiative and look for ways to improve processes and create efficiencies

• Result Oriented — Resourceful, with strong service orientation, positive can-do attitude and full commitment to deliver outstanding work

• Initiative Oriented — identifying new opportunities and tackling them with a sense of urgency, high energy and enthusiasm

• Hands-on mentality and ability to get things done, even in challenging circumstances

• Able to communicate effectively in fast paced environment

• Strong experience and demonstrated skill in handling a variety of tasks at the same time


• Motivating, international and creative work atmosphere

• Experience in the international project financed by the World Bank

• Work in the multicultural team

• High degree of responsibility, independence and creative leeway
