Customer support specialist (e-commerce)

«Food To Live» is an online retailer and wholesaler of natural, organic, and raw foods based in New York, USA.

We are hiring a responsible Customer Support Representative with excellent spoken and written English for the NIGHT SHIFTS only (up to 8 night shifts monthly) to work remotely.

REQUIREMENTS:

• not less than an upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Internet)
• Customer focus and service orientation
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Capability to clearly explain your thoughts
• Self-reliance and responsibility
• Stress resistance and the ability to work under time pressure
• Ability to work late evening and night shifts

Good to have (but not mandatory):

Previous experience in customer support, in communicating with native speakers, or participation in FLEX Alumni, Work & Travel, AIESEC, and other international programs would be a huge plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be required to interact with US and Canadian customers via chat, respond to emails, troubleshoot over the phone, and perform additional business-related tasks. No cold calls/Sales (!)
