Customer service representative/Billing Specialist

American Billing Company based in Kyiv are looking for Medical Collections Specialists and Billing Specialists for work in the office. Our company has been worked in the field of medical billing of USA since 2000 year.

Requirements:

• High English level (B1+): strong writing and speaking skills;
• Computer skills: advanced user (MS Office: Word, Excel, CRM systems, Google Tabs etc.)
• Have great communications skills: applicant must have a vocal confident personality on the phone;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Strong attention to details and multitasking
• Be energetic and have a positive attitude towards work-related happenings;
• Experience in medical billing is preferred, but is not necessary.

Main responsibilities:

• Outgoing calls (70% of working day: depends on your current duties);
• Follow up on missed payments and resolve financial issues;
• Appeal denied claims;
• Collect outstanding balances;
• Provide excellent customer service regarding to patients;
• Communicate with managers and clients effectively.

Working conditions:

• Work schedule, Monday-Friday — 14:30 to 23:00 (7.5 working hours);
• introductory training (5 days) with our team leads; Introductory training will be covered after 3 months of work
• It is possible to work remotely if you have experience in our work
• Comfortable office in center of Cherkasy: .;power generator office
• Challenging work in young friendly team;
• Resistant support from your team lead and managers in New-York.

You will have opportunity to communicate with native speakers, gain skills in working with accounting and CRM systems.
