Job Purpose:

The job holder will be responsible for a development of a new medical clinic with 2 departments: general and aesthetic, anti-aging and well-being department; and also managing existing branches.

You will be accountable for developing and securing revenue and market share from existing customers and new business. Also, improving business development processes for specific services with strong sales engagements.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans and sales campaigns to take advantage of market opportunities.
  • Prepare annual budgets and monthly management reports
  • Facilitate regular meetings with relevant operations staff to evaluate performance and receive updates from clients on challenges and future plans
  • Manage, and where necessary create all marketing materials and activities in support of the business development agendas — whether brochures, directory submissions, web pages, newsletters, reports, web-pages, seminars, conferences etc.
  • Possess the energy and enthusiasm to drive new business initiatives, influence partners and analyze and deliver results whilst paying attention to detail
  • Use commercial logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions and be generally commercially aware
  • Follow the trends and new equipment in order to provide state-of-the-art services

  • Have a background in business development and marketing within a medical industry, especially in aesthetic, anti-aging and well-being field
  • Possess a good understanding of the role that business development and marketing play within a company
  • Degree Qualified with at least 5 years professional experience in medical industry
  • Strong analytic, sales, presentation, management, and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms
  • Strong budgeting, Internet, and computer skills
