AdvantISS is looking for an ambitious, well communicative, and positive person who wants to start a career in sales and business development branch.


  • Day-to-day work with potential customers' database;
  • Fundamental research of companies and contacts within focus markets and target companies;
  • Finding new potential clients;
  • Initiate the first contact with potential clients, load them to CRM;
  • Conduct initial qualification of leads based on a brief phone discussion;
  • Communicate with potential clients (influencers, decision-makers);
  • Cold emails/calls etc.;
  • Set up online and offline meetings;
  • Reporting, analysis of the lead generation process.


  • English language levels: Upper-intermediate (B2), Advanced (C1), and Proficiency (C2);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Computer proficiency (experienced user of the Internet, social networks, etc.);
  • Friendly, can-do attitude;
  • Self-confidence;
  • Fast learner who can adapt to change;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Enterprise sales experience is desirable, but not obligatory;
  • Experience using CRM/sales software will be advantageous;
  • Understanding of the software industry will be advantageous.
