RESPONSIBILITIES:

✅ Schedule and monitor daily vehicle operations ✅ Communicate with brokers, shippers, and drivers ✅ Book loads and dispatch drivers efficiently ✅ Manage emails and phone calls professionally ✅ Coordinate documentation and ensure smooth workflow ✅ Handle basic accounting tasks ✅ Manage and oversee 4−8 trucks independently

QUALIFICATIONS:

✔️ Must have prior experience in USA truck dispatching (please do not apply if you are not qualified) ✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills ✔️ Strong multitasking and organizational abilities ✔️ Proficiency in computer applications and basic Excel knowledge ✔️ Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation ✔️ Problem-solving skills and business acumen ✔️ Ability to work efficiently under pressure with a friendly attitude
