Ship management company «INTRESCO LTD» is looking for a candidate for position «RECEPTIONIST / ASSISTANT CREW MANAGER» at our office in Odessa, Ukraine.

Requirements:

work experience;
punctuality;
English proficiency (upper-intermediate / fluent preferable);

Duties:

reception of visitors;
receiving phone calls;
record keeping;
ordering office supplies;
fulfilling the requests of the head;
maintaining the database of sailors, etc.

Working conditions:

five-days working week from 9:00 till 18:00;
comfortable working place in city center;
friendly team;
official employment.
