Application Engineer (adaptation of combustion engines for application at power generation, petroleum and industrial equipment) Kiev

Requirements:

Education: Higher Technical Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.

• Experienced Mechanical, Electric or Chemical Engineer specialized in designing and implementation of Cogeneration Power Plants, Mid & Low voltages installations, Energy Efficiency Projects & any mechanisms equipped with combustion engines. Proved professional experience in relevant project with application/usage of reciprocate engines or turbines
• Relevant Experience: more than 6 years.
• Knowledge of mechanical & energy balance calculations for selection of equipment (engines, heat recovers, chillers, pumps, fans) and instrumentation (sensors, thyristor thermostats etc) in scope of adaptation, modernization or construction of new installations.
• Knowledge and experience using AutoCAD, Solid Works, Matlab, Excel.
• Experience reading and interpreting schematic diagrams, PI&D diagrams, single lines diagrams.
• Working experience in Oil&Gas and Electric Power Generation field will an advantage.
• Deep knowledge of modern range of components, devices, options for effective solutions of combustion engines application.
• Good English (oral and written) is a must.
• Personality Expectations: Team player, positively minded, able to work constantly, result -oriented. Capable to study intensively, open to learn and be challenged. Good health.

Main Responsibilities:

Development of technical solutions for combustion engines adaptation in different applications such as Electric Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Industrial and Locomotive.

• Engines configuring, selection of optional equipment, energy balance calculation, evaluation of energy system proposal and fitting.
• Development of technical specifications, technical descriptions and other technical documentation.
• Technical supporting of adaptation and implementation of projects.
