Compliance Manager

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Compliance Manager to join our friendly community and help us with customer verification.

What you will do:

Validate customer files; Make calls to clients about documents; Work with the incoming flow of KYC documentation and perform KYC analysis; Communication with Account Managers, forming documental inquiries;

Requirements:

• Understanding of identification and verification procedures — English — advanced/fluent;
• A minimum of 6 month experience as a Compliance Officer, Compliance Manager;
• Ability of handling a variety of assignments;
• Attention to details and ability to concentrate on the task in a dynamic environment;
• Stress resistance and ability to work under pressure;
• Problem solver and critical thinker mindset.

Would be a plus:

• Strong KYC/AML background and investigations skills;
• Experience in Customer Support and/or Verification is an advantage;
