Customer care manager

This job is part of Customer Care Team involved in cargo inspection, testing and certification.

What you’ll do:

• Assist managers in day-to-day activities and administrative requirements like preparation of certification documents, communication letters, etc.;
• Monitor and/or process division documents like requests for payment, orders, etc.
• Complete all filings and paperwork associated with certification;
• Depending on the successful candidate’s previous experience and interests, there may also be an opportunity to be involved in business project development;
• Maintain a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone

Minimum Qualifications & Education, skills:

• Bachelor Degree;
• Fluent in English both written and verbal;
• Confident user of PC, MS Office;
• A very good knowledge of Excel;
• Accurate, problem solving skills, honest and non-conflict, ready to learn;
• Strong attention to details;
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
• Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to function independently;
• ability to work extra hours when there are operational needs.
