Architectural and engineering firm in New York City has an immediate opening for a full-time motivated and talented AutoCAD draftsperson.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Proficient skills in AutoCAD to create Architectural Drawings for temporary structures such as sidewalk sheds, support scaffolds, and construction fences.
Must have the ability to work independently while coordinating and prioritizing tasks with project team leaders.
Work with principal engineer to make corrections to the drawings under tight deadlines.
Ability to Read, Understand, and Compose Product/Design Specifications.

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Building Technology, or related equivalent drafting experience.
Minimum one years of professional experience.
Proficient in AutoCAD is a MUST.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Active Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
Candidate must have a good grasp of the English language.

Compensation — TBD upon interview, based on experience.
