Customer Support Representative (English)

Orthodontic Experts — is an orthodontic practice with many clinics in the USA.

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who speaks English!

Compensation is determined and negotiated depending on language fluency.

Requirements:

• Native speaker or advanced/proficient level (C1/C2) of English — American/Canadian accent is a must (good command of Spanish and/or Polish would be a plus);

• Experience in communicating with native speakers (FLEX Alumni, Work & Travel, AIESEC, and other programs represent a big plus);
• Great communication skills, ability to small-talk;

• Ability to learn and act fast in a dynamic environment;

• Organized working style, with an eye for detail and a problem-solving approach;

• Computer literacy and good data entry/keyboard skills;

• Ability to work 8 am to 5 pm CST (USA time zone);

• Uninterrupted high-speed internet connection and stable power supply;
• Ukraine-based, but willing to consider candidates based in EU countries.

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls;

• Resolving patients' issues;

• Scheduling appointments;

• Entering patient information into a database;

• No cold calls/Sales (!).
