• Design backend systems from scratch — set the standard, not just follow one
• Contribute to products that matter — your work will drive real results and user value
• Work with people who care about clean code and smart architecture
• Take full ownership of features — lead the development from idea to release
• Level up your backend skills through real projects and feedback

🧠 You might be The One if you:

• Have 2 years of commercial experience in Node.js development
• Have 1+ year working with Docker, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and ideally some Knex
• Know your way around Git and APIs (both using and creating)
• Worked with Directus Headless CMS? You might already be one step away from an offer :)
