Job description

An American based transportation and logistics company is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our safety team. The Safety Manager works closely with drivers, fleet maintenance teams, and other departments to improve safety and minimize accidents, injuries, and violations. You will start as a safety representative supervised and trained by our safety and fleet manager.

• 1 week paid vacation and 2 weeks total vacation time per year.

Обязанности:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures.
2. Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
3. Conduct regular safety training and drills for drivers and staff.
4. Lead accident investigations and implement corrective actions.
5. Perform routine safety audits and inspections of vehicles, equipment, and facilities.
6. Maintain records of safety training, certifications, and incidents.
7. Collaborate with management to improve safety performance and reduce risks.

Requirements:

Upper-intermediate English language skills

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work during blackout conditions is required.
