Вимоги: ENGLISH SPEAKER with great customer service, we are only considering RUSSIAN speakers at this time.

Умови роботи: Full time remote job. 7AM — 4PM New York Time (EST).

Обов’язки: We are a medical office located in New York, Manhattan looking for a customer care representative with outstanding knowledge of English and good customer service.

THIS PERSON WILL ALSO ROTATE ON VIRTUAL FRONT DESK TO CHECK IN PATIENTS.

Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1) picking up phone calls

2) scheduling appointments

3)sending messages to patients and Doctors

4) Checking in patients via virtual front desk
