Dispatcher

An American based transportation and logistics company is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in USA market logistics, fluent in English, and possessing strong communication skills.

Vacation: 1 week paid vacation, 2 weeks total vacation time per year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making sure all trucks are covered and every driver is working
• Monitor truck status throughout the shift
• Communicate with drivers and brokers
• Engage with drivers daily, ensuring they have the necessary information to complete their assigned tasks
• Coordinate with brokers, providing updates and addressing any issues
• Sharing on call responsibilities
• Additional responsibilities may be added as company needs evolve.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in USA logistics
• Know the map of the United States of America
• Upper-intermediate English language skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work during blackout conditions is required.
