Business Development Specialist (USA)

The company USKO Expedite, Inc is one of the leading providers of logistic services in the USA. Our company specializes in expedited services, allowing us to ensure fast and efficient cargo delivery across the entire US territory.

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Business Developer to work with the American market in our offices in Wroclaw (Poland) or Varna (Bulgaria).

We offer:

• $5/hour (for Wroclaw) + bonus; $4,5/hour (for Varna) + bonus;
• work schedule: 14:00 — 23:00 (Kyiv time), Mon-Fri
• taxi compensation for Varna

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• active searching for potential clients and leads through various channels
• creating and delivering compelling sales presentations to potential clients
• developing relationships with existing partners, as well as maintaining the current client portfolio.
• tracking and analyzing sales data to measure performance against targets and presenting reports to higher management.
• achieving sales targets and ensuring a steady growth of sales volumes in the American market.

Requirements:

• excellent sales and negotiation skills
• high level of communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients
• readiness for active work
• proficiency in English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate+ (B2)
