The Account Manager for E-commerce Platforms will be responsible for managing and optimizing our company’s presence on major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and our company’s website. They will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and these platforms, ensuring our products are represented effectively, driving sales, and maintaining a strong brand presence.

Requirements:

  • Upper intermediate English
  • Knowledge in Marketing and Business
  • Proven experience managing e-commerce accounts, preferably with Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Oversee and manage our accounts on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and the company’s website, ensuring all product listings are up to date, accurate, and optimized.
  • Sales Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance on each platform to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Promotion and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns tailored to each platform.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock levels are maintained appropriately across all platforms.
  • Feedback and Reviews: Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing any concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in e-commerce to drive continuous improvement.
