We’re looking for a motivated Sales Manager who will guide the customer from significant concerns to restoring comfort and convenience in their home.

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English (B2+ level) to effectively engage with clients and present solutions.
  • Sales-Driven Mindset: Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to build trust and long-term relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and attention to detail for handling multiple leads and sales processes simultaneously.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales platforms to track progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Resilience and Adaptability: Positive attitude and flexibility to navigate challenges and adjust sales strategies when needed.
  • Flexibility: Available to work from 7 AM — 5 PM Calgary time (Monday to Friday).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Customer Outreach: Make an average of 55 calls daily to a warm base of potential customers, building strong relationships and identifying sales opportunities. Needs Assessment: Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions that highlight the value of our services.
  • CRM Management: Accurately update customer information and track sales progress in the specialized CRM system.
  • Sales Performance: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
