Community, Support Manager

We are a creative IT project related to the world of movies, comic books, and video games intertwined with modern technology: 3D modelling and 3D printing, and we are looking for a Community/Support-Manager to communicate with our English-speaking customers.

You will have an opportunity to learn something new about the movie and video game universes every day. Moreover, you will cooperate closely with the Marketing Department, which will allow you to compile a spectre of interesting tasks and grow professionally.

Superpowers we are looking for:

• Extensive experience in resolving customer technical issues;
• Proven track record of working with digital products;
• Solid experience in e-commerce sector;
• Fluency in the English language;
• High level of writing literacy;
