Опис вакансії

Nike Ukraine is hiring a bright and enthusiastic professional to join our team in the role of CEO Personal Assistant.

The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, is proactive and resourceful, with supportive, entrepreneurial mentality.

We are looking for a strong team player who is multitasking and has solid organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Support CEO with administrative duties
  • Manage calendar and travel schedules and routinely plan, coordinate and schedule meetings, including meeting logistics and the resolution of schedule conflicts in a timely manner
  • Build and leverage collaborative relationships within the organization
  • Organize meetings and develop meeting materials (such as presentations and reports) as needed
  • Plan and organize (special) events
  • Create/modify travel itineraries as needed, including coordinating with our travel agency
  • Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
  • Support department-wide initiatives
  • Manages the office including ordering and restocking supplies when needed
  • Ad hoc requests and other duties as assigned based on the skills and capabilities of the individual

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years relevant experience in a 100+ employees company in the similar position
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English/ the first interview round will be hold in English
  • Experience with scheduling meetings, travel/ including trips abroad, events (virtual and in-person)
  • Marketing or digital experience is beneficial
