We are looking for passionate and self-motivated professionals to join our Back-office Team. As a Back-office Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing client verification and transaction processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • client verification: Ensure the accurate and timely verification of client information, adhering to compliance and regulatory standards;
  • deposit monitoring: Monitor and manage deposit transactions, ensuring swift and secure processing while maintaining accuracy;
  • withdrawal processing: Oversee the withdrawal process, ensuring efficiency and addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly;
  • transaction data analysis: Analyze transaction data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement. Provide insights to enhance operational efficiency;
  • cooperate with the Customer Experience team and other departments to deliver high standards of customer service.

Main requirements:

  • shift work schedule, including night shifts;
  • experience in a similar position will be a plus;
  • good written skills in English;
  • Team coordination: collaborate with the team to streamline processes, resolve issues, and maintain a high standard of service;
  • strong attention to detail;
  • good computer literacy;
  • laptop needed (Windows, CPU from Intel i5 or similar, 16 GB RAM)
