Job Overview:

As a UI/UX Designer at StackdApps.io, you will be at the forefront of designing aesthetically pleasing and functionally superior eCommerce platforms. Your role will be pivotal in translating client needs into engaging digital experiences, optimizing user journeys, and reflecting the unique brand identity of each client in the designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and iterate on UI/UX aspects of various eCommerce projects, ensuring high usability and aesthetics.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and clients to conceptualize and implement visually compelling, user-friendly designs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies in the eCommerce space.
• Provide and receive feedback from team members to enhance project outcomes.
• Ensure consistency in design across various platforms and devices.

Qualifications:

• Some Design Education or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing eCommerce projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and its implications for eCommerce.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.
