Booking Dispatcher (night shift, USA, Expedite)

We’re adding Experienced Booking Dispatchers to our team to our office in Kiev!

There are no interruptions/delays with salary payments, we are paying steadily! We have no relationship with Delta!

REQUIREMENTS:

• English — advanced (it is a MUST) ;
• Strong verbal communication, decision-making, and negotiation skills
• Attention to details and high level of responsibility
• Ability to multitask
• Experience more than 1 year — Sylectus or syl+360

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Searching and booking loads on different load boards
• Dispatching drivers
• Providing time-critical updates for the current loads
• Problem solving;
• Communicating with the team;
• Updating truck locations in the system;
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and customers (human touch is highly important).

SCHEDULE:

Monday — Friday 20:00 — 05:00

or Saturday—Wednesday 20:00 — 05:00
