Indirect Procurement Manager

Currently we are looking for :Indirect Procurement Manager

Location: Kyiv

About the position:

The Indirect Procurement Manager will be responsible for the effective management of all indirect purchasing activities. He/She will also be the interface between local teams and the company’s headquarters. This key person will be responsible for implementing and promoting purchasing principles and best practices. He/She will ensure the safety, transparency of purchasing activities, risk mitigation and financial effectiveness.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Analyze needs and professionally searches the market for potential suppliers.
• Set up and conduct the sourcing process (based on selection criteria and risk analysis).
• Evaluate offers, negotiate and establish commercial terms.
• Preparing contract and purchase orders.
• Set up rules for local purchasing processes (creating purchasing strategies for local categories).
• Implement guidelines for purchasing categories managed centrally in the LPP.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO:

• 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement
• English language min. B1 (must have);
• Strong user of Excel.
