We are llil.studio — a small (family business) boutique visual consultancy for Real Estate & Hospitality based in Barcelona with part of the team located in in Ukraine. We collaborate with developers, architects, and interior studios across London, Dubai and Europe, creating high-end visual narratives for premium projects. Our work blends precision, architectural thinking, and artistic sensitivity.

We are looking for a CGI Architectural Visualizer to join our remote team.

What you will do:

• Create photorealistic interior and exterior CGI visuals for premium residential and hospitality projects.

• Work closely with our creative direction team at early concept and design stages.

• Develop detailed 3D models, textures, lighting and composition.

• Translate architectural drawings, sketches, and references into high-end visual presentations.

• Collaborate with designers and project leads to refine details, improve visual strategy, and elevate the final result.

Who you are:

• Strong experience with 3ds Max + Corona.

• Excellent sense of composition, lighting, materials, and atmosphere.

• Ability to read architectural files — drawings (CAD, floor plans, sections) and understand interior detailing.

• Portfolio that clearly shows taste level and your best works — quality over quantity.

• Proactive, responsible, communicative, with a high standard of visual culture.
