Опис вакансії

Requirements:

Well skilled user of Microsoft office package including, Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook;

awareness of the related Maritime legislation including STCW, MLC, SOLAS and Flag State Authority regulations (experienced stuff)
English advanced level

Conditions of employment:

Office in central part of Odessa, 5 day work week from 10 to 18

Responsibilities:

Paper work with seafarers' profiles
Working with Company’s database
Screening of market for newcomers
ensuring that all staff is qualified and have full set of marine documents
Business correspondence

Can consider person without experience with 3 months probation period. Probation period is paid by negotiations.
